Upper School Mathematics Teacher

An Upper School Mathematics teacher will provide instruction for multiple levels of high school mathematics.

Subjects and Classes

The teacher may be asked to teach courses in general mathematics, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, statistics, and calculus. 

Age Group

Instruction will be given to 9th-12th grades students (ages: 14-18).

Time Commitment

This is a full-time position with the expectation that the teacher will work regular full-time hours between 8 am to 4 pm on a daily basis.

Extra Responsibilities

May be asked to lead a study hall or lunch duty. Teacher is required to attend all scheduled staff meetings.

Professional Requirements

A university degree in education and/or the subject area is required, and a teaching credential is preferred. The applicant must complete the ACSI Philosophy of Education requirement within three years of starting the position.
