Total Rewards Specialist

The Total Rewards Specialist will support the development, administration, and ongoing evaluation of TeachBeyond’s compensation and benefits program. This role provides specialized expertise in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and benefits renewal processes to help ensure that our total rewards programs remain equitable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational needs. Member preferred, but Associates will be considered.

This opportunity is a remote and support based position; may also be volunteer. Pay is based on the applicant's own ability to raise funds for their salary; paid via donor or self-support.
