Key Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and mentor regional facilitators.
• Build relationships and foster cross-cultural collaboration.
• Coordinate regional meetings, administration, and program records.
• Oversee facilitator onboarding, training, and mentoring.
• Support program quality and collaborate with regional leaders and Sparrow Project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian faith and passion for Christian education.
• Degree in education or a related field.
• Teaching experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cultures.
