Ministry Partner Development Coach
The Ministry Partner Development Coach will equip and support missionaries in raising and sustaining their financial support by providing biblical guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing accountability. They will walk alongside individuals in goal setting, partner communication, and stewardship, helping them become fully-funded and released to their ministry.
Responsibilities:
Walk alongside TeachBeyond candidates and members while they raise support, including:
- Establish a meeting frequency with assigned candidates/members (ranging from once a week to once every other month, as appropriate to their needs)
- Meet regularly with candidates/members to provide guidance and encouragement
- Help candidates/candidates maintain accountability to their Ministry Partner Development goals
- Participate in Ministry Partner Development training
Qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent professional career experience
- Proven experience in personal Ministry Partner Development and service with TeachBeyond
- Strong understanding of the biblical foundations of missionary support raising and ability to guide faith development of candidates
- Skilled in candidate accountability and progress tracking
- Ability to energize individuals struggling to raise support
- Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
This opportunity is a remote and support based position. Pay is based on the applicant's own ability to raise funds for their salary; paid via donor or self-support.

TYPE OF POSITION: Part-time (5-20 hrs/week), Volunteer (<5 hrs/week)
