Middle School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and Christ-centered Middle School Teacher who is passionate about supporting students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth in a collaborative learning environment. The successful candidate will model Christian values, uphold the school’s Core Values and Statement of Faith, and contribute positively to the school community.

Middle school teachers instruct students, from grades 6-8. They help students build on fundamentals they learned in elementary school to prepare them for more challenging high school curricula.

Key responsibilities include creating an engaging and well-managed classroom environment, planning and delivering differentiated instruction, monitoring student learning, attendance, and behavior using the school's software, and supporting curriculum development. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with parents, collaborating with faculty and staff, supervising students throughout the school day, participating in faculty meetings, professional development, devotions, and mentoring activities, carrying out administrative and other assigned duties in support of the school’s mission and vision.

POSITION START DATE: August 2026

TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time (35+ hrs/week)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 OR MORE YEARS
