Guidance Counselor
Responsibilities
- Providing social-emotional support and instruction for students
- Guiding students in their overall development (academic, social, emotional, spiritual, etc.)
- Providing guidance to students regarding their future education and vocation
All LIFE students speak English, so there is no requirement to speak Spanish. The person filling this role would be the first person to provide this service to LIFE International School. As a result, it will be important for the candidate to help form a guidance program and guide the school in what services are necessary. In addition, as some students will enter a college or university in the United States and others will remain in Spain, it will be important for the candidate to be willing to learn both systems in order to best guide our students.
