ESL Teacher
Although we are a school primarily for missionary kids and other expatriates, we have some students for whom English is not their first language. They need the benefit of extra classes that focus on the challenges they have as second-language speakers of English.
In addition, we have started a separate ESL program geared towards the homeschooling community in Bulgaria.
Come support the Bulgarian students that are learning in this English-speaking environment!
Responsibilities:
- Ascertain the challenges of our students
- Develop focused lessons that will help students improve their speaking, reading, and writing in English
Requirements:
- Some sort of certification, training, or experience in ESL.
This position can be combined with other available positions at the school if there is interest.
POSITION START DATE: September 2026
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time (35+ hrs/week), Part-time (20-35 hrs/week), Part-time (5-20 hrs/week)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR
