Elementary Teacher (K-5)

We are seeking a passionate and faith-driven Christian educator who is committed to nurturing the academic, spiritual, and social development of young learners within a Christ-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and uphold Christian values in both personal conduct and professional practice, reflecting the school’s Core Values and Statement of Faith.
• Contribute to a positive school culture by maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with teacher aides and colleagues to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Plan and support the delivery of developmentally appropriate, engaging learning activities aligned with unit plans.
• Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups to strengthen academic understanding and essential skills, including fine motor development.
• Monitor and supervise students throughout the school day, including during lessons, transitions, lunch, and playtime.
• Foster students’ social, emotional, and language development, encouraging positive behavior, communication, and manners.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment, including shared spaces and learning materials.
• Track and document student attendance, academic progress, and overall development using the school’s student information system.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Support daily routines such as mealtimes and classroom organization, promoting independence and responsibility in students.
• Uphold and enforce school policies related to safety, discipline, and student well-being.
• Perform administrative and record-keeping tasks as required.
