Elementary Science Teacher
Come teach the sciences to 4th-7th graders! Our school has a one-room schoolhouse feel, so there are multiple levels that would be learning together.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students in 4th-7th grade sciences, following Sonlight curriculum. These grades will usually be split into two different classes, depending on the number of students and levels of ability.
Requirements:
- Be able to differentiate teaching and activities for different levels of students in the same classroom
- Show enthusiasm and great knowledge of science
- Either certification, teaching experience, or cross-cultural experience preferred (culture shock + teaching can be a hard combination!)
This position can be combined with other positions at the school, if interested.
POSITION START DATE: September 2026
