Elementary Principal
Basic Function of Position:
Lead the grade-level team academically and spiritually and work with the complete administration team on all-school initiatives. Directly responsible to the Academic Director for students and staff in PK-6th grades.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teacher supervision and support
- All-school leadership
- Student academics and parent communication
- Student development and activities
Education:
- Minimal BA or BS in education or related field, preferred MA in education
Experience needed: At least 2 years in educational leadership, preferably in a Christian or international school.
Other Requirements:
Teachers must be born again in Christ and shall be actively participating in a local evangelical church and shall lead a mature Christian life through a Pastoral Reference Form.
POSITION START DATE: July 2026
