Support a School With Your Talents

Join a Project Support Team!

Being part of a Project Support Team is a great way to make an impact globally from wherever you live! Your skills, training, and passions could be exactly what are needed at a TeachBeyond school. We are looking for professionals who will contribute to the further development of a specific TeachBeyond school located in another country.

Consider joining a Project Support Team if you…

  • Take initiative and effectively work both independently and collaboratively with a remote team
  • Have a humble heart to serve
  • Can commit to pst responsibilities for at least a few hours each month
  • Resonate with the vision of teachbeyond
  • Are globally-minded or interested in learning more about cross-cultural collaboration
  • Have experience in one of the below areas:
    • Education
    • Communications (graphic design, web design, photography, video editing)
    • Business
    • Marketing (seo, advertising)

What does it mean to be on a Project Support Team?

  • Pray for the school/project and its leaders
  • Promote the school in your personal networks (church, colleagues, alumni network, professional organizations)
  • Participate remotely in dynamic discussion and project improvement
    • Departmental meetings with the department you represent, such as Communications
    • Project Support Team meetings to receive feedback and assignments from the leadership of your specific project
    • Subcommittees may be formed as taskforces in specific cases
  • Conduct site visits, when possible, for the sake of seeing the work in person and potentially providing a specific service, such as a short-term English Camp team
  • Attend TeachBeyond conferences, if desired
